Apartheid  

This exhibit examines the social and political forces that gave birth to apartheid, such as the poor white problem and Afrikaner nationalism. It also identifies some of the political groups that resisted this process. A powerful display of large photographs shows the process of physical removal and relocation that was a core feature of apartheid. Also included are the list of apartheid laws and images of life under apartheid.
